Terms of Service

Effective October 24, 2026. These terms apply to Orvellast, operated by Yiwu Xingqiong Network Technology Co., Ltd.. Owner: Liu Tao. By placing an order you agree to the applicable terms presented for that order, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

Using the store

Provide accurate information and use the store lawfully. You must have capacity to enter into a purchase or act with the necessary permission. Do not interfere with security, misuse accounts, introduce malicious code or infringe another person's rights.

Products and imagery

Our collection concerns watch straps and bracelets. Watches, tools and styling props are excluded unless expressly included in a listing. Some images are original generated design visualizations; they do not establish exact material, size, fit, colour or performance. Read stated product information and ask about missing compatibility details before purchasing. Screen settings may alter colour appearance. Nothing in these terms excuses misleading descriptions or limits a remedy for goods that do not match their description.

Prices, payment and orders

Prices are in USD. Applicable shipping and taxes collected by the store are shown before payment. A received order or payment confirmation does not override a genuine availability or pricing issue; if an error affects an order, we will contact you, explain the available options and refund amounts due if the order is cancelled. We do not make changes to a confirmed order price without your agreement. Payment is handled through the checkout methods offered.

Changes and cancellation

Contact service@orvellast.com promptly for changes or cancellation. Requests depend on the order's fulfilment progress. We may decline or cancel orders where required by law, because of a reasonable fraud concern or where an item cannot be supplied, and will notify you and refund any payment due. Consumer cancellation rights remain unaffected.

Delivery and returns

Read the Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. Standard planning combines 5-10 business days for preparation with 10-15 business days after dispatch. Timings are estimates. Return requests should be made within 30 days of receipt under the published policy, without limiting statutory rights.

Installation and use

Confirm connection type, lug width and wrist fit. Follow the watch manufacturer's guidance and check secure attachment before wearing. Seek professional help if you are unsure about installation or bracelet adjustment. Do not infer water resistance, protective performance or compatibility from appearance alone.

Intellectual property and external services

Our original store content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use it to browse and make personal purchases; other reproduction requires the relevant rights or permission. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners. External links and services have their own terms; a link does not imply endorsement.

Privacy and responsibility

See our Privacy Policy for information handling. We take reasonable care to operate the service but cannot promise uninterrupted website access. Any limitation of responsibility applies only to the extent permitted by law. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory remedies for defective or misdescribed goods.

Governing law and disputes

Subject to mandatory protections applicable where you live, these terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes may be referred to a court with competent jurisdiction at the company's location. This does not deprive a consumer of mandatory local rights, remedies or any court jurisdiction that applies by law. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.

Updates

Future terms may change with a revised effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law; the terms applicable to an existing order are not silently replaced.
